Winter Rosengarten

Hi, my dear readers ♥

After ages here's another lolita outfit post ! I know they are very rare lately, but hopefully there will be more opportunities and also better weater to wear lolita fashion again soon :)

In February, girls from Nürnberg came for visit and we couldn't pick a "better" day for our meet-up. After a few days which almost looked like winter is slowly over, snow storm arrived and it was snowing the whole day with a lot of traffic jams and highways covered in snow... but fortunatelly girls arrived quite on time and we spent the whole day sitting, eating and chatting at Rosengarten restaurant ♪

I finally had a chance to wear my new "The voice from the other side" skirt from Lady Sloth and decided to go for a bit more OTT "witch" lolita - which sounds pretty ita, I know :D Since the temperatures were around zero I thought I can wear a wig again after a while and also a hat - which happened to be the best decision ever, because the snow couldn't hit my face and destroy my make-up ! (need to remember this trick for the next winter)

Appart from the skirt I was wearing my usual "old" stuff and discovered how PERFECTLY my Ouija necklace from Omnia Oddities matches with the skirt ♥

While we were sitting in the restaurant the snow covered everything with a thick layer all around the park and we just had to take the opportunity to do some "Narnia-like" photos :) here are some really nice shots done by dear Deddi ♥

I hope you're all doing fine ♪
Have a beautiful day, everyone ♥

Christmas 2017

Hi, my dear readers ♥

A month after (that's not so bad, huh? I'm actually catching up with posts!) I'm here with Christmas-themed post ! I'm sorry to bringing it back, I know most of you are probably happy that the holiday season is over, but I promise there will be no family photos and detailed review of all gifts I got :D

First I want to start with traditional Christmas lolita meet-up - because that's important part of my holiday season ever since I started with lolita fashion :) This year, same as the last one - we travelled to Nürnberg, but this time luxuriously with car because Vanilla was going as well (thank youu ♥) ♪

This year the meet-up was happening in new place - super-cute café with cupcakes and pink&white striped wallpapers, but unfortunatelly no real food (and no wine D:), so we had to be in Nürberg much sooner and get lunch. We went to Low-Carb restaurant Soulfood Lowcarberia picked by Vanilla - as the name suggests everything there is low-carb, but also gluten free and there was tiny grocery store and bakery...and it was delicious ♥ ♥ ♥ Damn, I ate so much that day ! I even got a desert and two drinks and as the main course I had this "try-everything-plate" ha ha :D I could - because I knew that I won't eat anything at the café since there were only sandwiches and cupcakes and no gluten free options :) no problem ! I even got two cheese muffins as take-away and ate them later at the cupcake café ho ho !

The meet-up itself was cute, we met with everyone after such a long time and took some photos in the nice interior. What was not so cute was the fact that even though we had reservation for the whole room, muggles started to go there and take places at free tables and the staff didn't say anything. So they stayed, starred and even took some sneaky photos of us *rolls eyes* ...which all became even more awkward when we started playing games and because of the muggle audience half of the guests didn't want to participate... well, I don't blame them, because we really looked like some age-play party to strangers who didn't know anything about lolita fashion ...

...oh and the dresscode was "sweet and winter" ...ehm uhm ... pretty hard for me to put something together and I was a bit sad about this choice of styles, because I really wanted to wear my new (gothic lolita) skirt from Vienna... instead I had to improvise with my ouji wardrobe and ended up having... yeah - OK outfit - but I would rather dress up in something more fancy for event like this :/

blouse - Metamorphose
bow - from Bodyline skirt
waistcoat - ancient :D
pants - Innocent World
shoes - thrift store

The second part of this holiday-themed post is my outfit from the Chistmas Eve. We spent the first three Christmas day in Munich and then we went to Prague until January 2nd. On Christmas Eve Honza cooked delicious fish we bought in Spanish grocery store and I made a few schnitzels for dinner. We exchanged gifts and that took us so long that we didn't even had time to watch Home Alone as we usually do :D On 25th we decided to do something different than usual and went to cinema to watch new Star Wars... ugh that was a mistake ! Not only the movie was crap, but also apparently the whole Munich had this idea, so the cinema was full of kids D: We also went to vegan restaurant to have something lighter, but it was terribly expensive and the food was more like what-I-found-in-fridge than anything else... ugh - really a day full of bad decisions :D ha ha

shirt, pants - C&A
bag - TEABAG
shoes - Vagabond

 Christmas elfie :D

Satan got a new bed and plush spider ♥

I got Matcha set and plush onesie :D

ethically & ecologically produced headphones from House of Marley ♥ ♥ ♥

I don't have any photos from the Prague-part of our Christmas, but it was mostly about meeting with friends, family and on New Year's Eve we were playing Dungeons&Dragons until morning :D (then we went to sleep, visited grandma and played again)

I hope you all had a good start in 2018 and I wish you (very late) all the best in the upcoming year !

Have a beautiful day, everyone ♥

HalloWien 2017

Hi, my dear readers ♥

First post in 2018 ! ... and I'll be talking about Halloween
I know that I'm super-late with everything and I've been neglecting this blog a bit in the past few weeks. The main reason were Christmas and the second big reason is that I'm currently working on my very first big illustration project and I want to put everything into it :) I'm excited and nervous at the same time, but this is what I want to do, so I'll give it my best ! Also I can't wait to show you everything, but for now let's keep it secret ♪

Now let's talk about Vienna !
At the end of October I decided to visit Austrian lolita event again ♥ I liked the Metamorphose tea party and I couldn't wait to get hyped into lolita fashion again by spending the whole afternoon among the best coords and watch some beautiful fashion show. All of this happened at this year's event of GLA - HalloWien ♥

It wasn't meant to be classical tea party with cakes and everything, but more like a spooky Halloween event with lolita fashion dresscode and designer guest, which was super-kind NuNu from Haenuli.

Since we loved Vienna the last time I went there for tea party, we decided to arrive two days earlier so we have enough time for sightseeing and enjoying the atmosphere of Austria's capital.

First day we visited gardens of Belvedere Palace at dusk and it was  BEAUTIFUL ♥ In Bayern all palaces look same - they are just copies of Versailles, but this one was something else ! The architecture, details and most importantly those sculptures ! I wanted to draw everything !!! (I had only a few minutes before the dark and it was quite cold, but I still managed to do a few sketches) After the long ride from Munich, we were starving, but lucky for us right next to Belvedere gardens is a huge restaurant with traditional Austrian cuisine which consists of huge portions of meat and beer, so after a few hours we rolled ourselves out and decided to take a walk around night city centre to be able to fit in doors of our Airbnb when we got back :D

Vienna is so beautiful ♥ I'm in love !

 top modern tourist service :D

On the second day the weather got pretty ugly so after morning trip to nearby yarn store/café "Laniato - Das Wiener Wollcafé" and light lunch at our favourite Palmenhaus, we decided to escort Satan back to our place and spend the rest of the day at Albertina gallery where the exhibition of Raffael's work was currently displayed. You know how much I love art, so you can imagine my happiness when I was browsing through works of Monet, Picasso, Bruegel and of course the master Raffael ♪

 Dreaming of Hogwarts ♪

Saturday was THE day !
Together with my friends, we were lucky to get all VIP tickets, so for us was the "tea party" beginning an hour earlier, with special goodie bag and welcome drink ! (which was the best thing ever for someone socially awkward as me - after a glass of sekt I felt like I can talk to anyone :D)

The whole event was really cute. The location, people, photo corner, shops and Nunu - who talked to everyone, did silly selfies with us, answered all of our questions and even had her parents with her (her mum was dressed in traditional hanbok!) was the absolute highlight of the day for me :) She's so talented, humble and doesn't act like a celebrity ...and she loves and understands lolita fashion so much !

Fashion show was really beautiful, I loved seeing all these dresses in real life and wanted to buy EVERYTHING ♥

Concerning the shopping area - ehm - my plan was to buy ONLY Haenuli's artbook and get it signed by Nunu... which I did... but I also bought a skirt from Lady Sloth, because I just COULDN'T RESIST that print D: I loved it ever since I saw it online and thought it was only available via pre-order, but Lady Sloth had one with her for the event, so I got it  MU HA HA !

We spent the day chatting, taking photos and shopping and I got home both happy and tired :)
If there's lolita event in Vienna next year again, I'm in ! ♥

with Nunu :D

LOOT !
"The Voice from the Other Side" skirt from Lady Sloth

VIP goodie bag stuff *o*

As for my outfit - I decided to wear ouji this year, since I'm really into this substyle of lolita fashion lately ♪ I wanted to finally wear my Black Peace Now pants which I got for birthday from my dear friends and I also bought a pair of Haenuli tights from Rommily. To give my outfit some Halloween vibe, I pimped my old bowler hat with bat wings from H&M and spider from Halloween deco collection :D I felt super-cute !

BONUS:
The event was in October and since I was participating in (fanart) Inktober with daily drawings and I knew I won't have any time to draw during our little holiday I prepared a few paper dolls with my favourite characters from Mass Effect :) here they are, travelling, sightseeing in Vienna and eating Sacher cake !

I wish you all good start of 2018 ♥

Have a beautiful day, everyone !
